Our mission is a simple one - to endeavour to provide the best service available - in terms of speed of delivery, quality of product combined with a great budget price!

Making A Purchase
Buying your ink cartridges from us is easy - All you have to do is find your printer model by clicking the brand from the menu at the left of the screen and then choosing your printer model from the center screen. Alternatively, you could also use the search box at the top left of the screen, just below our logo.
Once you've found your printer all you have to do is add the cartridges you want to your shopping basket.
Once you've got all the cartridges in the correct quantities in the basket - simply click the 'checkout' button to enter your billing and delivery details.
There are an enormous amount of fraudulent orders placed online with stolen card details and we use many systems to detect these. We protect your details with the highest level of encryption possible and none of our staff or the payment processing staff ever get to see your details.We will never sell or use your details to any other company and we hate spam just as much as you, so we don't send any out.
How We Deliver
Most orders (over 95%) are dispatched on the day we receive them, from our extensive stock room. We use Royal Mail to deliver our printer cartridges unless they are very heavy or you need them quicker in which case we will use a reliable national courier at our discretion. If you are worried or want to find out how your order is going to be sent then we would advise you to contact us by email with the rough details of your order prior to placing it. Because we are a small company we can react personally to our customer's requests and if you need any special requirements, we will attempt to fulfil them for you. Back Orders If there is likely to be a delay in sending your order - we will contact you to let you know and you will be allowed to cancel your order if you want to at no cost to yourself.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
is charged at 20% - As per current UK legislation - All prices shown on screen include VAT and delivery, so there won't be any additions at the checkout, unless you choose to upgrade your delivery service to a guaranteed next day delivery. Payment Details Are never seen by us or our payment processor which is currently sagepay - you can check their security levels from here Satisfaction Guaranteed If you are not happy with your cartridges or if you have made a mistake in ordering the wrong cartridges then we will of course refund you in full - once they have been returned to us
Returns Procedure
If you need to return anything - please contact us in the first instance by email and we'll let you know what to do - Remember the cartridge codes used for compatibles won't exactly match the original ones and also the shape may vary from the original cartridges.
